Delivery Information

Your Woodlets order will be delivered by an 18-tonne lorry. Ensure the access to your pellet store is obstacle-free and level, as pallet trucks are not suitable for soft ground or loose gravel. If you have concerns about delivery, please contact us at 01465 716025. All orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the following working day.

Quality Assurance

Woodlets Wood Pellets meet the ENPlus A1 standard, guaranteeing a calorific value (CV) of at least 4,600 KWh per tonne. However, we exceed this with a guaranteed CV of 4,800 KWh per tonne, verified by independent testing. Additionally, our pellets have an industry-leading low ash content of less than 0.2%, ensuring minimal waste and optimal performance.

Sustainability Commitment

We source raw materials from Forest Standard accredited forests in the UK, including logs unsuitable for other uses. Our strategic location near the Ayrshire coast and Galloway Forest minimises transportation distances, further reducing our environmental impact.

Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI)

Considering a Wood Pellet Boiler? The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is a government scheme designed to encourage the use of renewable energy. It offers quarterly payments for up to 7 years based on the heat you produce. The payments are based on the number of kilowatt-hours of heat you produce and use.

Energy Guarantee

Our commitment to quality and sustainability allows us to offer an Energy Guarantee. Each tonne of Woodlets pellets ensures at least 4,800 KWh of energy. Typically, a pallet of Woodlets will be £445 including delivery and 5% VAT (this may vary depending on geographical location) which translates into 9.3p/KWh.
