Delivery Information

Your Woodlets delivery will arrive on either a 12 tonne or 18 tonne lorry. Therefore, access to your pellet store should be sufficiently wide enough, free from obstacles and reasonably level to ensure the safe handling of your Woodlets. Please also bear in mind that pallet trucks will not run effectively on soft ground or loose gravel. Should you have any concerns about the ability of our lorries to reach you please contact us on 01465 716025 to discuss your situation.

It's important to me to be able to use pellets made in the UK and not a far flung corner of Europe. They are a great price and so far have been high quality, producing lots of heat and amazing pizzas in the Uuni Pizza Ovens we sell at our shop in Llangollen. 10kg is a good size bag for us. My only slight issue was several split bags on the pallet
